Seasonal Promotions

Unless otherwise stated, promotions are valid across all in-stock fashion and bridal products, including bags and shoe clips.

They are not valid on existing sale items, made-to-order styles, or bespoke orders. The minimum basket value to redeem promotions is £200. Delivery during promotional periods may extend to 2-10 days. If you need your order before then, please get in touch.

The discount is not redeemable for orders with balance payments or on orders already placed. Seasonal promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discount codes.

Shipping & Returns

• Free UK shipping is provided for all customer orders via DHL courier service, above £150. 
• Free International shipping is provided for all customer orders via courier service, above €200 in EU, or $200 in US or RoW. 
• We aim to ship orders within 2-5 days. Contact for urgent requests as we can normally prioritise.

Duties & Taxes

• All UK & EU duties & taxes are included in the product price.
• US & international duties & taxes are calculated at checkout and can be pre-paid as applicable. 

Delivery Times

All delivery times are from the day we ship your order.

• UK - DHL next-day delivery service from the day your order is shipped.
• EU - Standard delivery DHL, some destinations maybe served by an alternative courier service. Takes 3 - 7 days.
• EU - DHL Express service, takes 1 - 3 days, this is a checkout option and has a €10 cost.  
• US - DHL Express or Fedex Express service, takes 3 - 5 days.
• International - DHL Express service takes 3 - 5 days.  

Pre-Order Information

• Pre-order styles take 4-6 weeks to make and deliver unless stated otherwise.
• Important note. Pre-orders (otherwise known as Made-To-Order) can be exchanged but are not refundable.  

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days if in perfect condition. Please complete the returns form and email for assistance.
• The Returns Policy includes orders featuring a custom crystal on the sole.

• Colour swatches are dispatched promptly within 5 to 10 days of your order, ensuring you can explore and select your perfect shade without delay.
