The Emmy London Bespoke Services offers you the opportunity to create your dream shoes and accessories. Using our base shapes you can choose the heel height, colour, material and embellishments to create your unique pair of Emmy London shoes. 

You can order your bespoke shoes & accessions via virtual appointments or at our London boutique. Bespoke prices start from £595.00

Most of our styles fit true to size, so best to select your normal shoe size, the size you wear in other court shoes or pumps.

Where we have styles that fit either on the snug or generous side, we’ve made it easy for you by adding advice to order a size up or down.

We are here to help; if you have questions about fit and size, please contact us.

We offer our in stock styles from a size 36 (UK 3 US 6) up to 42 (UK 9 US 12), with some half sizes in between on popular styles. If you can’t see your size listed, chances are we are currently out of stock, but you can still order them by using our made-to-order service contact the boutique team. Made-to-order is full price and may incur an extra fee.

Shipping & Returns

• Free UK shipping is provided for all customer orders via DHL courier service above £150. 
• Free International shipping is provided for all customer orders via courier service, above €200 in EU, or $200 in US or RoW. 
• We aim to ship orders within 5 to 10 days. Contact us for urgent requests, as we can normally prioritise.

Duties & Taxes

• All UK & EU duties & taxes are included in the product price.
• US & international duties & taxes are calculated at checkout and can be pre-paid as applicable. 

Delivery Times

All delivery times are from the day we ship your order.

• UK - DHL next-day delivery service from the day your order is shipped.
• EU - Standard delivery DHL, some destinations maybe served by an alternative courier service. Takes 3 - 7 days.
• EU - DHL Express service, takes 1 - 3 days, this is a checkout option and has a €10 cost.  
• US - DHL Express or Fedex Express service, takes 3 - 5 days.
• International - DHL Express service takes 3 - 5 days.  

Pre-Order Information

• Pre-order styles take 4-6 weeks to make and deliver unless stated otherwise.
• Important note. Pre-orders (otherwise known as Made-To-Order) can be exchanged but are not refundable.  

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days if in perfect condition. Please complete the returns form and email for assistance.
• The Returns Policy includes orders featuring a custom crystal on the sole.

Seasonal Promotions

Unless otherwise stated, promotions are only valid across in-stock fashion or bridal products, including bags and shoe clips.

They are not valid on existing sale items, made-to-order styles, or bespoke orders. The minimum basket value to redeem promotions is £200. Delivery during promotional periods may extend to 5-10 days. If you need your order before then, please get in touch.

The discount is not redeemable for orders with balance payments or on orders already placed. Seasonal promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discount codes.

Colour Swatches

• Colour swatches are dispatched promptly within 5 to 10 days of your order, ensuring you can explore and select your perfect shade without delay.
