Delivery, Duties & Taxes, Returns & Exchanges
IN STOCK ORDERS
- We send your order to you via DHL on next day delivery service which is fully trackable.
- We aim to deliver to you within 2 - 5 days.
PRE ORDERS
- For pre order styles, please allow 4-6 weeks to make for you and deliver. We will be in touch with you by email to let you know once your order is on it’s way.
- Pre Order styles are fully refundable and exchangeable, please follow instructions below in Refunds & Exchanges
GIFT CARDS
- Gift cards are delivered by email which contain instructions of how to redeem them at checkout. If you require a more personal version to elevate your gift experience, please get in touch with boutique @emmylondon.com
UK DELIVERY
- We offer free delivery.
- Styles in stock and Pre Order are fully refundable & exchangeable within 14 days of receiving your order.
US DELIVERY
- We offer free delivery to US
- Taxes & Duties are calculated at checkout where applicable. If you pre-pay these charges your delivery will be shipped DDP - Delivery Duty Paid.
- If duties & taxes are not paid at checkout then they remain the responsibility of the customer and have to be paid on delivery of your order, and shipped DDU - Delivery Duty Unpaid. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions.
- We use DHL to delivery your order, a fully trackable service that takes around 3-5 days to arrive from London to most US states.
- Styles in stock and Pre Order are fully refundable & exchangeable within 14 days of receiving your order.
EUROPEAN DELIVERY
- We offer to EU countries.
- The price at checkout includes duties and taxes.
- We use DHL Express service which takes 1-2 days to arrive and is fully trackable.
- Styles in stock and pre order are fully refundable & Exchangeable with 14 days of receiving your order.
REST OF THE WORLD
- We charge £25 delivery fee, unless specified otherwise at checkout.
- Taxes & Duties are calculated at checkout. If you pre-pay these charges your delivery will be shipped DDP Delivery Duty Paid.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- Once your order is on it’s way to you, you will receive an email with a DHL tracking number.
- To track you order, please go to https://www.dhl.com
- Please be sure to complete your telephone number and email when checking out, that way the courier can contact you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- We accept returns and exchanges.
- Providing the products are in perfect condition and unworn, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Please complete the returns form and follow the instructions included in your package. If you need to discuss your return or exchange, please email us on online@emmylondon.com
- Send your order back to us by registered post to: EMMY LONDON ONLINE RETURNS, THE BUSWORKS, UNITED HOUSE,NORTH RD, LONDON, N7 9DP, UK
- If you are returning your order internationally, please clearly mark your package “RETURN” and enclose the original delivery documentation to ensure your order clears customs smoothly.
- Once we have received your order, we will be in touch to confirm your refund or exchange by email.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 days of confirmation.
- Exchanges are processed and re-delivered within 5-10 days for styles in stock and 4-6 weeks for pre order styles, the return delivery fees are paid for by the customer. Our specified delivery service and exchange label must be used.
- Worn or damaged styles including accessories will not be viable for a refund or exchange unless there is a manufacturing fault.
- The customer is responsible for covering the cost of returning orders for a refund and must be returned using our specified delivery service and returns label.
