Delivery, Returns, Duties & Taxes

IN STOCK ORDERS

  • We send your order to you via courier delivery service which is fully trackable.
  • We aim to prepare and ship your order to you within 2 - 5 days.

PRE-ORDERS

  • For pre order styles, please allow 4-6 weeks to make for you and deliver. We will be in touch with you by email to let you know once your order is on it’s way.
  • Important note. Pre-Orders (otherwise known as Made-to-Order) can be exchanged but are not refundable.  

    GIFT CARDS

    • Gift cards are delivered by email which contain instructions of how to redeem them at checkout. If you require a more personal version to elevate your gift experience, please get in touch with onlineboutique@emmylondon.com.

    UK DELIVERY

    • We use DHL next day delivery service, on orders above £150.  
    • Styles in stock and are fully refundable & exchangeable within 14 days of receiving your order (refunds exclude Pre-Order).
    • If your exchange is for a Made-To-Order (MTO) item additional charges will apply.  

    EU DELIVERY

    • We offer free delivery to EU countries, on orders above €200.
    • The price at checkout includes duties and taxes.
    • We use a standard DHL service which takes 3-7 days to arrive and is fully trackable. Some destinations maybe served by an alternative courier service. 
    • An option for DHL Express is also available 1-3 days delivery. 
    • Styles in stock and are fully refundable & exchangeable within 14 days of receiving your order  (refunds exclude Pre-Order).
    • If your exchange is for a Made-To-Order (MTO) item additional charges will apply.  

    US DELIVERY

    • We offer free delivery to US, on orders above $200.
    • Taxes & Duties are calculated at checkout, they can be either pre-paid or paid on delivery through your local customs office. 
    • We use DHL & Fedex to deliver your order, a fully trackable service that takes around 3-5 days to arrive from London to most US states.
    • Styles in stock and are fully refundable & exchangeable within 14 days of receiving your order  (refunds exclude Pre-Order).
    • If your exchange is for a Made-To-Order (MTO) item additional charges will apply.  

    REST OF WORLD DELIVERY

    • We offer free delivery worldwide, on orders above $200 (USD).
    • Taxes & Duties are calculated at checkout, they can be either pre-paid or paid on delivery through your local customs office.
    • We use DHL to deliver your order, a fully trackable service that takes around 3-5 days to arrive from London to most international locations. 
    • Styles in stock and are fully refundable & exchangeable within 14 days of receiving your order  (refunds exclude Pre-Order).
    • If your exchange is for a Made-To-Order (MTO) item additional charges will apply. 


    TRACKING YOUR ORDER

    • Once your order is on it’s way to you, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
    • To track DHL shipping, please go to  http://www.dhl.co.uk/en/express/tracking.html 
    • Please be sure to provide your telephone number and email when checking out, that way the courier can contact you. 

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    • We accept returns and exchanges on in-stock orders. 
    • Important note. Pre-Orders (which are Made-to-Order) can be exchanged but are not refundable.  
    • Providing the products are in perfect condition and unworn, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Please complete the returns form and follow the instructions included in your package. If you need to discuss your return or exchange, please email us on onlineboutique@emmylondon.com
    • Send your order back to us by registered post to:

    • If you are returning  your order internationally, please clearly mark your package “RETURN” and enclose the original delivery documentation to ensure your order clears customs smoothly.
    • Once we have received your order, we will be in touch to confirm your refund or exchange by email.
    • Refunds will be processed within 3 days of confirmation. For international orders, any duties and taxes paid on the original order will be deducted from the refund amount, except for orders shipped to Canada. Goods sold to Canadian customers that qualify for duties and taxes reclaim under the CREDITS program will be refunded in full as part of the return.
    • Exchanges are processed and are delivered within 5-10 days for styles in stock and 4-6 weeks for made-to-order styles. Exchanges for made-to-order style may incur extra charges. 
    • Worn or damaged styles including accessories will not be viable for a refund or exchange unless there is a manufacturing fault.
    • The customer is responsible for covering the cost of returning orders for an exchange or refund, including partial refunds on orders. 
    • Refunds and Exchanges need to be returned using our specified delivery service only, forms completed correctly and labels added to package.
